- Vendor and exhibitors must not divert from setup depicted in application.
- No oversized, unmanageable exhibits. You must stay within your 12 x 12 display space, including back stock.
- Displays must be manned at all times by at least one adult.
- You will be required to make any adjustments to your display space when requested to do so.
- Spaces are 12’ x 12’. Vendors and Exhibitors may set up early Friday morning and be ready for business by 1:00 Friday.
- NO FOOD EXHIBITS.
- NO PETS.
- NO SOLICITING OUTSIDE YOUR BOOTH AREA.
- No children left unattended.
- Vendors and Exhibitors are responsible for cleaning up their area used before leaving Sunday evening.
- No water, food or beverage will be allowed to be sold OR given away free from your booth.
- There are no reserved parking spaces. Do not block walkways, entrances, Handicap Parking, etc.
- No adult oriented merchandise with sexual connotations or merchandise that could be considered drug paraphernalia will be allowed.
- Vendors and Exhibitors are not entitled to complimentary food from the clambake booths.
- Any Vendor or Exhibitor violating any of these rules and regulations will be asked to leave without refund of entry fee.
